Welcome to the Mürren Palace, your new meeting place for unforgettable culinary experiences. Our spacious Palace Hall with 100 seats is the perfect place to linger and indulge in culinary delights.
The attractively designed outdoor area and terrace provide a wonderful backdrop for your stay. Recharge your batteries by enjoying a fine coffee with a view of the surrounding mountains.
Kitchen philosophy
Our head chef Antonino Palermo combines Alpine and Mediterranean products in perfect harmony. With great attention to detail he brings tradition and innovation together in his dishes. Antonino’s philosophy is to emphasise the natural taste of the products and to create a unique taste experience by finely balancing flavours.

Palace Hall
The Palace Hall is a social and culinary meeting place, which will be available to you as a large “living room”. The listed hall has been completely renovated, but you can still find artefacts from over 150 years of history everywhere. Take a look around and discover for yourself!
