Hospitality You Can Taste
Every visit to the Palace Hall is a special experience, not only for the view of the mountains. Chef de Service Michal Wiesner and his team welcome guests with attentiveness, charm, and genuine joy in their role as hosts.
Working closely with the kitchen, the service team understands every nuance of the menu and offers thoughtful pairings — ensuring that flavours suit the mood and that each meal allows space for an individual rhythm. The result is an experience of hospitality that is refined, heartfelt, and true to the spirit of the house.
PALACE HALL
The PALACE HALL is a social and culinary meeting place, which will be available to you as a large “living room”. The listed hall has been completely renovated, but you can still find artefacts from over 150 years of history everywhere. Take a look around and discover for yourself!
