The PALACE HALL is a social and culinary meeting place, which will be available to you as a large “living room”. The listed hall has been completely renovated, but you can still find artefacts from over 150 years of history everywhere. Take a look around and discover for yourself!

A Sweet Taste of Our Mountain World
Just a stone’s throw from Mürren, in the neighboring village of Gimmelwald, a very special honey is produced. Amid the alpine landscape, the bees gather nectar from mountain flowers and blossoms before the honey is harvested with great skill and care.
From Gimmelwald, it finds its way to us at the Mürren Palace – and onto our guests’ breakfast tables. A treat could hardly be more regional.
Rooted in Mürren
To discover where good food begins, we do not have to look far. Mürren Beef comes from our immediate surroundings and reflects a way of farming shaped by care for the animals, attention to detail and respect for the natural environment.
For our kitchen, this means choosing consciously, working closely with local farmers and valuing what is produced right on our doorstep. Bringing a genuine taste of Mürren to the plate.
